According to Notice No. 38/TB-KDYT dated January 11, 2024, the International Health Quarantine Center announces the provision of a hotline number to receive and handle feedback from individuals and organizations when performing administrative procedures and professional work.
With the purpose of receiving information, feedback and recommendations from individuals and organizations on the process of receiving and handling administrative procedures, professional work and behavior of the Center’s staff and employees during the performance of their duties, the Khanh Hoa Provincial International Health Quarantine Center has publicly announced the hotline number of the Khanh Hoa Provincial International Health Quarantine Center, which is publicly posted at the office of the International Health Quarantine Center in Nha Trang City and the International Health Quarantine Station at Cam Ranh International Airport; maritime border gates in Khanh Hoa province and posted on the International Health Quarantine Center’s Electronic Information Portal. In addition, the hotline schedule is always clearly assigned, always ensuring a high sense of responsibility; ensuring 24/24 hours on duty and all working days of the week (including holidays, Tet). Hotline staff support receiving feedback information, providing information, supporting individuals, organizations, and passengers at border gate areas, ensuring accuracy, publicity, and transparency. In addition, the hotline is also a means to guide, explain clearly and handle related issues in the work of preventing and controlling infectious diseases within the scope of its authority. In order to improve the effectiveness and timeliness of the hotline, the International Health Quarantine Center also disseminates the above contents to relevant units to ensure the exchange, information capture and good coordination in disease prevention and control at border gate areas in Khanh Hoa province. For that reason, the work of monitoring, preventing and controlling epidemics at border gates in the province is always effective and the quality of service at the unit is always guaranteed.
