To have a basis for assessing the level of satisfaction of organizations and individuals with the services of state administrative agencies, public health, education and training units in the province, helping agencies and units have an objective view in the process of serving customers, thereby having solutions to improve quality and serve the people, organizations and businesses;
Surveyors from the Department of Home Affairs, Department of Education and Training of Khanh Hoa province and People’s Committees of districts, towns and cities will conduct surveys to collect opinions on the level of satisfaction of the people, organizations and businesses in Khanh Hoa province, specifically as follows:
1. Time: from September 2023 to November 2023 (during and outside office hours).
2. Location: At the office, home and directly at the hospital, clinic, medical facility.
The Department of Home Affairs requests that individuals, organizations, and businesses please assist in filling out the survey form and create favorable conditions for surveyors to complete their tasks. Through the survey, we will collect comments and evaluate the service quality of agencies and units, thereby overcoming shortcomings and making people, organizations and businesses more satisfied.
