On July 22, 2022, the Ministry of Information and Communications hosted the launch of the 2022 National Digital Transformation Solution Search Contest – Viet Solutions.
Viet Solutions is a contest hosted by the Ministry of Information and Communications, co-organized by the Department of Information Technology and Viettel Military Industry and Telecoms Group, with the participation of Galaxy Digital Company from 2022, along with the media sponsorship of Vietnam Television (VTV), Voice of Vietnam (VOV), VietNamNet Newspaper, Vnexpress Newspaper and Information and Communication Magazine.
Viet Solutions 2022 also received the support of many university training institutions, including: Hanoi National University, Ho Chi Minh City National University, Academy of Posts and Telecommunications Technology, Academy of Agriculture, universities: Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Foreign Trade University, Danang University of Science and Technology, Duy Tan University of Science and Technology, Ho Chi Minh City University of Science and Technology.
With that spirit, the Organizing Committee has set specific goals and prize values of up to nearly 2 billion VND to encourage all agencies, organizations and individuals to participate in posing and solving problems for National Digital Transformation.
The goals of the 2022 Competition are:
1 – Search and publish Vietnam’s digital transformation problems in industries, fields, localities and enterprises.
2 – Search and award prizes for excellent problem pairs and innovative solutions for industries.
3 – Search and award prizes for excellent problem pairs and solutions for localities.
4 – Search and award prizes for excellent problem pairs and solutions for enterprises.
5 – Search and award prizes for excellent problem pairs and solutions for community projects.
The Competition is organized into 03 rounds, including preliminary round, semi-final round and final round. To advance to the next rounds, it is especially important to set the problem clearly. The problem must be complete with detailed information about the overview, market size, current situation and desired solution. In particular, the market size will show the level of attractiveness, motivation and resources when participating in solving the problem.
