Recruitment plan of Khanh Hoa International Health Quarantine Center

On October 21, 2024, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Center for International Health Quarantine issued Plan No. 649/KH-KDYT on the recruitment of civil servants in 2024. The general conditions are as follows:

1. General standards

People who meet the following conditions, regardless of ethnicity, gender, social class, beliefs, or religion, are eligible to register for civil servant recruitment:

– Have Vietnamese nationality and reside in Vietnam;

– Be 18 years of age or older;

– Have an application for recruitment;

– Have a clear background;

– Have a diploma or training certificate appropriate to the job position;

– Be healthy enough to perform the job or task;

– Meet other conditions as required by the job position as determined by the Khanh Hoa Provincial Center for International Health Quarantine, but must not be contrary to the provisions of law.

2. Specific conditions and standards for each job position

The specific conditions and standards for each recruitment position are specified in the recruitment demand table of the Khanh Hoa Provincial International Health Quarantine Center. 3. The following persons are not allowed to register for civil service recruitment

– Those who have lost civil act capacity or have limited civil act capacity;

– Those who are being prosecuted for criminal liability; those who are serving a criminal sentence or decision of the Court; those who are being subject to administrative measures to be placed in a medical facility, educational institution, or reformatory school.

4. Subjects and priority points in admission

– Armed Forces Heroes, Labor Heroes, war invalids, people enjoying policies like war invalids, war invalids of type B: 7.5 points will be added to the results of round 2;

– Ethnic minorities, military officers, police officers, demobilized professional soldiers, people working in secretarial work who have changed their profession, graduates of reserve officer training, graduates of training for commanders of commune-level military commands of basic military branches who have been awarded the rank of reserve officer and have registered for the reserve officer category, children of martyrs, war invalids, sick soldiers, children of people enjoying policies like war invalids, children of war invalids of type B, biological children of resistance fighters who were exposed to toxic chemicals, children of Armed Forces Heroes, children of Labor Heroes: 5 points will be added to the results of round 2;

– People who have completed their military service, the obligation to join the people’s police, and youth volunteers: 2.5 points will be added to the score of round 2;

– Trade union cadres who have grown up from the grassroots level, in the workers’ movement: 1.5 points will be added to the score of round 2. In case the candidate or candidate belongs to many priority categories specified in Clause 1 of this Section, only the highest priority point will be added to the score of round 2.
