According to Plan No. 327/KH-KDYT dated May 28, 2024 on training to improve skills in compiling standard procedures (SOPs) and using chemicals, insecticides, and disinfectants for household and medical use, on May 29, chaired by Dr. Nguyen Hien, Deputy Director of the Center, the Department of Laboratory Testing and Treatment coordinated with the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment and Health Management to organize a training session to improve skills in compiling standard procedures (SOPs) and using chemicals, insecticides, and disinfectants for household and medical use for the Center’s staff. The total number of participants in the training was 15, from all 3 departments and offices of the Center.

Training on SOP compilation helps staff understand how to build standard procedures, thereby ensuring consistency throughout the organization’s entire working system. This is especially important in areas requiring high accuracy such as medical quarantine, thereby ensuring smooth working processes, minimizing errors and improving staff capacity, thereby better meeting the requirements of people and businesses. Moreover, this is also one of the key tasks in the administrative reform work of the unit, aiming to build and develop e-government and digital government.
